Solicita: Cycle Count Coordinator

• Descripción y Requisitos

  Requirements:

  • Execute and coordinate daily cycle count activities.
  • Understand ABC classification and inventory count frequency.
  • Reconcile physical inventory against ERP balances.
  • Investigate positive and negative inventory variances.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy by part number, location, and inventory category.
  • Maintain accurate inventory transaction records.
  • Support annual physical inventory activities.
  • Review inventory transaction history.
  • Analyze open work orders and work order material requirements.
  • Verify material issued from the stockroom to production.
  • Investigate discrepancies between raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Identify potential causes of inventory discrepancies, such as unposted transactions, incorrect quantities, scrap, or material transfers.
  • Ensure inventory adjustments are properly documented and approved.
  • accurate records for internal and external audits.

  Education

  • Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Equivalent hands-on inventory control experience may also be suitable.

  Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials management.
  • Experience with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • ERP system experience, preferably with inventory and work order transactions.
  • Experience investigating inventory discrepancies and supporting physical inventory audits.
