  Pay Grade/Pay Rate:	Per salary scale within NMBS JZ
  Brief DeEscrituraion:	The Production Supervisor will coordinate and manage the L1/Wood crew at NMBS – JZ to meet customer requirements while fully adhering to company policies, including Safety, Quality, and Delivery.
  Job Duties and Responsibilities:	Production Supervisor: Be a leader to deploy and encourage full adherence to all SAFETY programs within NMBS-JZ such as Take Control of Safety. Hold accountable for all operational efficiency of his area; meet quality and Delivery requirements. Daily business process indicator tracking. Active interaction with all other areas to coordinate daily production schedules. Leading continuous improvement projects. Resource management to successfully meet company goals. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training new employees and full integration into our NMBS-JZ production system.
  Required Skills	Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel & PPT. Comfortable consolidating multiple sets of data. Well-organized; strong writing and verbal communication skills Bilingual English–Spanish, preferably Self-directed, positive attitude, and willing to grow.
  Preferred	2 years in a similar position.
