Solicita: PRODUCTION SHEDULER

• Descripción y Requisitos

  Job Objetives:

  This is a full time, salary position that provides support on customer release analysis and production scheduling.

  Ensure production schedules are handed to production, QC, materials and different operational departments based on sales volumes, customer requirements, and inventory levels.

  Job Responsibilities: 

  • Comply with customers release demands and sudden increase inquiries. 
  • Update weekly supply chain report.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve production capacity issues.
  • Schedule production work orders based on customer demand, inventory availability and machine capabilities.
  • Update / close work orders daily to maintain optimal Jomar ERP system data.
  • Break / adjust production schedule when necessary. 
  • Provide production schedule to production department daily at close of shift, beginning of shift, during shift or when any adjustment has been made for proper machine set up and material feed to production lines.
  • Plan and schedule work orders for NPI samples or project change implementations.
  • Update weekly planning reports.
  • Update weekly score card.
  • Update daily / weekly pace report.
  • Follow up with customer service team for any unexpected customer inquiries.
  • Close follow up with all different supply chain departments for on time production and delivery.
  • Provide feed back and status to our customer service department on production schedules.
  • Provide daily urgent list for QC department for inspection priorities.
  • Any additional analysis report requested by management.

  Education:

  • Industrial Engineering / Business administration degree.

  Experience: 

  • 2 years experiance mínimum.

  Knowledge and /or Skills:

  • English spoken, written.
  • Microsoft office.
  • Supply chain knowledge.
