GENERAL DEEscrituraION:
Contiuous Improvement give support in production lines to provide short term solutions, and root cause of assembly problems.
Work cross-functionally to drive succesful new product introduction (NPI) and mass production launch yield optimatization & defect reduction
BASIC DUTIES:
· Provide new project line proposal and equipment list.
· 1.1 Material specifications/parameter confirmation.
· 1.2 Production/assembly requirements/acceptance standards.
· 1.3 Define TLA SOP with IE.
· Assembly fixture design/review/acceptance/maintenance.
· DFA (question list) confirmation and report collation. (DFA - Define for Assembly).
· New project LQ, PPAP data acquisition-strain gauge test. (LQ - Line Qulification) (PPAP - Production Part Approval Process).
· Mechanical assembly tolerance analysis report.
· ECN/ECR confirmation & signing & import, production carrier impact review
· Lead the corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process & root cause analysis .
· Cooperate with PQA to determine the unit responsible for defective products in the production line.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:
BACHELOR DEGREE ·
Mechanical, electromechanical or mechatronic engineer, design, process, product.
· Experience required 2 years.
· Ability to solve assembly problems. (six sigma methods) MPE , ME R/D
· Experience in measuring instruments, and specifications drawings interpretation
· Experience in Solid Works design software, GD/T , NPI , DMAIC, DTM, DFA, DOE.
· Knowledge of ISO standards.
· Knowled in PFMA desirable.
· Software (VB), Mechanical, Electrical, Drawing Read, (AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS)
Fluent English essential.
