    Position Purpose
    Support a special project focused on the review, reconciliation, analysis, and documentation of the company's fixed assets. The position is responsible for validating asset information against customs records, inventory systems, accounting records, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance and data accuracy.

    Main responsibilities
    • Review and reconcile fixed asset records against physical inventories and customs documentation.
    • Analyze discrepancies between fixed asset databases, inventory records, and supporting documentation.
    • Validate machinery and equipment information in Annex 24, Annex 31, and Vastera systems.
    • Organize, update, and maintain fixed asset documentation files and records.
    • Support the review and closure of customs transactions related to machinery and equipment.
    • Verify import documentation, certificates, and customs records associated with fixed assets.
    • Generate reports summarizing findings, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
    • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Trade Compliance departments as required.
    • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with applicable customs regulations.
    • Perform other project-related activities assigned by management.
    • Contribution of FDA requirements (CODES, CERTIFICATES OF ORIGIN)

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade or a related field is required.
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in fixed asset control, inventory management, customs compliance, foreign trade, or related areas.
    • Experience working with Annex 24, Annex 31, Vastera, ERP systems, or inventory management tools.
    • Knowledge of Mexican Customs Law and Foreign Trade regulations.
    • Experience performing data analysis, reconciliations, and documentation reviews.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
    • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
