    General DeEscrituraion The QA Coordinator is responsible for leading the Quality Department and managing quality risks to ensure the product meets customer requirements. Experience and Education

    • Professional degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields)
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality
    • 3 to 4 years of management experience.
    • Written and spoken English (90%)

    Knowledge, Skills and Certifications

    • Ability to manage projects and cross-functional teams, provide status reports, and track progress with management teams.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of quality tools (Core tools: PFMEA, DOE, PPAP, GD&T, MSA)
    • Leadership and team development skills
    • Technical experience in manufacturing and assembly processes (product).
    • Extensive experience in problem analysis and resolution
    • Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001)
    • Experience in process and system auditing.
    • Advanced use of Microsoft Office and SAP
    • Strategic thinking, self-directed
    • Availability to travel (including international travel)

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards established by the organization and customers.
    • Strategic planning focused on the continuous improvement of QA indicators.
    • Active participation in risk analysis (business strategies)
    • Active participation in the problem-solving process
    • Main interface between the end customer (PPQ) and internal customers (assembly lines)
    • Main interface with internal customers to resolve process-related issues
    • Coordinate and supervise deliverables during product launches
    • Lead governance meetings for department KPI improvement
    • Coordinate and effectively execute internal product reviews or inspections.
    • Support containment activities for external material
    • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization
    • Ensure the use of calibrated equipment
    • Communicate and collaborate with other BRP sites to standardize best practices.
    • Participate in the approval process for deviations and engineering changes.
    • Monitor plant quality performance
    • Participate in risk assessment identification (PFMEA) and support action plans.
    • Support early development activities with the NPD group
    • Provide leadership to quality engineers and technicians
    • Succession team planning and development
    • Develop team structures to improve department efficiency.
    • Create an innovative environment to motivate team members.
    • Participate in engineering and manufacturing teams for continuous improvement projects
    • Perform activities related to safety and workplace organization.
    • Enforce BRP's Quality Policy. Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) requirements established for their role in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
    • Complete planned Quality and Training-related training on time.
    • Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
