  Position Summary

  Experienced Sr Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure the achievement of daily production, quality, safety, and productivity objectives. This role is responsible for leading production teams, driving operational performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional activities to support business goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  
  

  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop production supervisors and operational teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as productivity, efficiency, scrap, absenteeism, turnover, overtime, and 5S performance.
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production demands.
  • Analyze operational data and implement corrective actions to improve performance and reduce waste.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and effective material flow throughout production operations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other departments to support manufacturing objectives.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality, productivity, and operational issues.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Support the implementation of new products, processes, equipment, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Ensure employees receive proper training on new processes, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
  • Manage conflict resolution, employee engagement, and performance management activities.
  • Prepare and present operational performance reports, business metrics, and improvement plans to leadership.
  • Support pilot runs, process validations, and production launches as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, or production environments.
  • Proven experience managing production teams and achieving operational performance objectives.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and performance management.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, TPM, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced english
