Requirements and skills
1. MS/BS degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent preferred.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done.
Technical & Manufacturing Expertise
1)Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing environments (e.g., electronics, mechanical Systems, automotive, medical devices, etc.).
2)Strong understanding Of manufacturing such as DFM, DFA, validation, tooling, yield improvement, SPC, and quality control.
3)Ability to partner closely with factories, contract manufacturers, and suppliers.
Program & Project Management Skills
1)Demonstrated success leading cross-functional engineering programs from concept through mass production.
2)Skilled in planning, scheduling, risk management, and dependency tracking.
3)Experience managing full product lifecycle: NPI ramp sustaining.
4)Able to balance scope, schedule, resources, and budget constraints.
Leadership & Communication
1)Excellent communication across diverse engineering and operations teams.
2)Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment among stakeholders.
3)Comfortable presenting program status, risks, and mitigation plans to executives.
Problem Solving & Operational Mindset
1)Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to resolving manufacturing issues.
2 Familiar with root-cause tools such as 5 Why s Ishikawa FMEA and DOE.
3)Experience handling bulld failures, supply chain disruptions, and quality deviations
