Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership positions within Production/Manufacturing.
Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
Proven experience in the automotive industry.
Experience in personnel management and employee development.
Knowledge of the product manufacturing process throughout all stages.
Experience in production planning, control, and execution of production plans.
Proficiency in production KPIs, including OEE, efficiency, scrap, productivity, downtime, and production output.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the implementation and hands-on application of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Knowledge and application of problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.).
Experience developing and following up on procedures, methods, and work instructions.
Knowledge of quality systems and automotive industry requirements, preferably IATF 16949.
Experience implementing and monitoring corrective and preventive actions.
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and work under pressure.
Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
Analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions based on KPIs.
Flexibility to work different shifts and schedules.
