Solicita: Supervisor de entrenamiento 3er turno

• Descripción y Requisitos

  PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develops training plans according to production needs.
  • Coordinates the continuous improvement tools.
  • Ensures the monitoring and effectiveness of training matrices.
  • Train and support in the implementation of ECN’s, runs P3, Dry Run, Pilots, etc.
  • In charge of all training documentation (work instruction and all topic cover in the BRP university files).
  • Lives and promotes health and safety.
  • Lead continuous improvement.
  • Coordinates external partner to train welders and gives orientation.
  • Responsible of all equipment, tools and material require for the training.
  • Leads the team to develop effective work habits, efficient skills and high standards for quality.
  
  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  • 3 years of experience in similar position at least.
  • Strong leadership.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • High knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Autonomous and good technical and manual skills.
  • People orientation and high level of motivation.
  • Very innovative, proactive, dynamic and team player person.
  • Desirable English.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Industrial, Manufacturing or Process Engineering).
