Solicita: Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor

• Descripción y Requisitos

  • Supervise receiving, storage, picking, line-side replenishment, shipping, and warehouse personnel.
  • Ensure accurate ERP transactions, inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
  • Coordinate material priorities with Production Planning and Production to prevent shortages.
  • Coordinate import/export documentation and shipment activities with American Industries and logistics providers.
  • Control obsolete, damaged, excess, and non-conforming materials.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, labeling, 5S, and safe material handling practices.
  • Lead, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel; manage daily workload and overtime.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve material flow, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
  • Comply with the Quality Management System, company procedures, and applicable Mexican regulations.
    
    
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2–3 years of warehouse/logistics supervision in manufacturing.
  • ERP experience and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, and material handling.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. ( remove first but asking during interview)
