JOB SUMMARY
As a Recruitment Specialist, you are a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for the entire recruitment process. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads—ranging from department managers to area leaders in the United States and Canada—to identify and hire highly qualified candidates who meet our organization's evolving needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Sourcing: Utilize various channels—such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events—to proactively search for and identify potential candidates.
3. Candidate Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
4. Interviews and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
5. Selection and Offer Management: Guide hiring managers through the final selection process and extend offers to selected candidates.
6. Employer Branding: Contribute to developing and promoting the company’s employer brand to attract high-level talent.
7. Talent Pipelines: Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates.
8. Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records to efficiently manage the recruitment process.
AUTHORITY
- Halt recruitment processes that do not comply with internal hiring procedures.
- Propose initiatives to streamline the recruitment process, ranging from sourcing methods to salary adjustments based on market trends. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruiting role.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and industry trends.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.

- English proficiency: 90% (Required).
