Solicita: General Maintenance Supervisor (3rd Shift)

  Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, lead the Equipment Maintenance function for the JRZ Operations Business Unit.

  Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent proven experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and/or the automotive industry.

  Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications

  • Knowledge of Mexican and international standards, including NOM, OSHA, and ISO 9001, related to risk management, business continuity, management of change, and emergency preparedness.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management and Maintenance.
  • Technical experience in metalworking processes and equipment, including PLC controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, metrology, and flexible assembly.
  • Strong problem-solving, risk analysis, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multigenerational environment.
  • Leader with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service.

  Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate leadership and commitment in defining, maintaining, and improving the Maintenance and Plant Operations sustainability plan.
  • Develop, enforce, and support all company policies and procedures related to the organization's commitment to safety.
  • Ensure compliance with Mexican laws, NOM regulations, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Manage the plant's engineering and maintenance functions to minimize downtime in a lean and one-piece flow environment.
  • Manage visitors, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among different BRP functions and sites.
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
  • Participate in the Quality Management System (QMS) activities applicable to the role in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
  • Comply with all safety requirements established for the position.
  • Complete all planned Quality and Training-related courses and activities on time.
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions.
