  • Physically Scanning Vendor invoices into System
  • Electronically submitting Vendor invoices into System.
  • Processes Accounts Payable invoices that are routine.
  • Prepares ad hoc reports for management.

  
  

  
  

  EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  Education: High school degree. Accounting background preferred

  • · Experience: Up to one year of experience

  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  
  

  • · Knowledge of personal computers and spreadsheet software. 
  • · Knowledge of basic accounting/accounts payable. 
  • · Organized to meet deadlines. 
  • · Communication skills to work between departments and vendors in Spanish & English
  • · Basic knowledge of SAP preferred
