  Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, partnering with regional and functional leaders to monitor global spending.
  • Analyze drivers of month-end variances versus budget, forecast, and prior year, driving accountability around cost-saving initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional business leads — commercial, marketing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operations to drive value creation initiatives
  • Track KPIs to measure business performance, identify trends, and help improve financial visibility and reporting tools across the organization.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional finance experience, ideally including exposure to FP&A, Commercial Finance, or accounting in a CPG or beauty company.
  • Exposure to month-end close, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with large ERP systems; NetSuite highly preferred. Knowledge of NSPB and SmartView a plus.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with solid ad-hoc modeling and reporting capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and curious, able to dig into the nuts and bolts of reporting and clearly summarize findings for senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; results-driven with growing business acumen.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to ask questions and share ideas.
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, manage tight deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
