Solicita: Customer & Operations Liaison Specialist

  Position Overview

  We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support coordination between our customers, sales team, and production operations for a new project in Ciudad Juárez.

  This position will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are properly tracked, production schedules are aligned with customer demand, quality issues are properly followed up on, and all customer-specific compliance requirements are met.

  The position will also support the sourcing of trims and materials, including zippers, labels, and other fabrics not manufactured by LAVA Textiles, while maintaining accurate records and providing timely information to management and production teams.

   

  Key Responsibilities

  • Track customer orders throughout the production process and provide timely status updates to the Customer Service and Sales teams.
  • Monitor customer forecasts versus actual sales and provide relevant data and analysis to the Production and Sales teams to support planning and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding FR (Flammability/Fire Retardancy) and law label compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, records, and follow-up throughout the process.
  • Support the sourcing and purchasing of trims and complementary materials, including zippers, labels, and fabrics not manufactured by LAVA Textiles.
  • Assist the Production team in tracking quality issues, documenting findings, and preparing reports for Production Management and senior management review.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Procurement, Production Planning, or Quality.
  • Experience in the textile industry is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
  • Valid U.S. visa.
