Solicita: Manufacturing Engineering Intern

    internship position specifically designed for a recent engineering graduate who has recently completed university and is looking to gain hands-on professional experience in a manufacturing environment.

    The Manufacturing Engineering Intern will support the Manufacturing Engineering team by documenting manufacturing processes, assisting with New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, supporting process standardization, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

    The ideal candidate must have English proficiency, a valid passport, and availability to travel to the United States approximately once per month.

    Responsibilities

    • Review and document manufacturing processes for different products.
    • Document manufacturing processes, work instructions, process parameters, process flows, and manufacturing records.
    • Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process documentation, equipment validation, and production readiness.
    • Support the implementation of process standardization across manufacturing operations.
    • Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Operations teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
    • Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing process issues and implementing corrective actions.
    • Maintain accurate and updated engineering documentation.
    • Support engineering projects as assigned by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
    • Travel to the U.S. manufacturing facility approximately once per month to review, analyze, and document manufacturing processes.

    Qualifications

    • Recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
    • This is an internship position; previous professional experience is not required.
    • Internship, university project, or academic experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
    • Basic knowledge of process documentation, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement is a plus.
    • English proficiency is required to communicate with cross-functional teams and review technical documentation.
    • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally to the United States.
    • Availability to travel to the U.S. approximately once per month.

    Skills

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
    • Ability to read and create technical documentation and work instructions.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
    • Ability to work in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
