  WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

  We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and lead warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and material handling.
  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Ensure accurate receiving, inventory movements, and documentation.
  • Coordinate activities related to customs and import/export processes.
  • Lead and support the implementation and maintenance of 5S.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform transactions using AS400.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse performance indicators.

  REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor 
  • Experience using AS400.
  • Experience implementing or maintaining 5S.
  • Knowledge of receiving and shipping processes.
  • Experience with customs / import and export operations.
  • Conversational English.
  • Strong leadership and personnel-management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
