  Job Summary:
  The Quality System Engineer Senior provides leadership and technical expertise in the deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and corporate requirements, while driving process discipline, product integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
  
  

  Qualifications
  1.  Education level	Bachelor’s degree Engineering, business administration or other science.
  2.  Years and area of experience	Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Systems, Quality Engineering, or similar roles. Demonstrated experience leading audits, managing QMS deployments, and driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
  3.  Technical knowledge	• Strong knowledge and interpretation of ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards. • Experience leading internal and external audits. • Certified as internal auditor leader (preferred). • Solid understanding of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies. • Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred). • Certified as internal auditor in IATF-16949 (preferred) • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes. • English proficiency at an advanced level (spoken and written).
