  Quality Manager
  Location: Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico

  Are you a proactive quality leader who enjoys being on the production floor and driving continuous improvement? We are looking for a Hands-On Quality Manager to lead our quality team and ensure the highest standards of product and process.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Quality team.
  • Drive a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry requirements.
  • Manage internal and external audits.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues.
  • Support customer visits and respond to customer quality concerns.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Experience with ISO quality standards; AS9100 experience is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
