Solicita: Traffic and Safety Technician (CTPAT / OEA)

• Descripción y Requisitos

  Main Functions & Responsibilities
  Participate in the administration of the OEA & CTPAT organization's supply chain security programs for all sites.
  Monitors and manages OEA & CTPAT regulatory changes, provide updated and training internal teams.
  Implement KPIs to measure operation and certifications compliance.
  Monitors and manages government regulatory changes.
  Manage regulatory changes in global customs legislation, provide updated and guidance to internal teams.
  Monitor shipping, security and customs broker performance and compliance to maintain trade operations.
  Provide support to Manager on trade compliance in the execution of strategies to optimize and compliance in order to reduce operational and certification risks.
  Ensure legal compliance with trade laws and regulations.
  Development and implementation of programs and procedures for importing and exporting safety compliance for all sites.
  Conduct audits to verify OEA & CTPAT organization's certification.
  Comply and update with all procedures, ensuring OEA & CTPAT organization's certification.
  Identify missing activities or procedures that could lead OEA & CTPAT to lose certification.
  Develop and implement SOPs and instructions for standardizing processes across all sites.
  Ensure IMMEX OEA & CTPAT compliance for the entry and exit certification for all business locations.
  Participate in the administration of the OEA & CTPAT organization's supply chain security programs for all sites.
  Conduct audits to verify IMMEX, OEA & CTPAT compliance with all import and export activities, record of all declarations and discrepancies in all sites.
  Assists and supports customs audits by Mexican and U.S federal authorities.
  
  Basic Requirements
  Full knowledge on OEA & CTPAT, IMMEX program certification
  Bachelor’s degree in international business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related
  3-5 years of experience in OEA & CTPAT compliance
  Understand and support company IMMEX program operations
  English fluent
