  Job DeEscrituraion & Requirements Desired Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources processes. Fluent English (required). B1-B2 (80%) Proven Experience In: Employee relations and labor conflict management. Compliance with legal requirements related to training plans and programs. Administration and oversight of employee services. Development and implementation of employee engagement and workplace climate initiatives, including employee surveys. Compliance with NOM-035 regulations. Designing and executing recruitment strategies for all organizational levels. Knowledge of Mexican Social Security Law (IMSS). Knowledge of LFT/ Current Labor Reforms  Knowledge of payroll systems. Knowledge of Training & Succession plans for employees Internal communications and employee event coordination. Required Skills: Teamwork and collaboration. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Effective communication skills all levels Results-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
