Solicita: Materials Planner

  We are looking for a talented MATERIALS PLANNER to join our team specializing in Materials Planning and Logistics Cooper Standard El Jarudo Plant, located in Cd Juarez

  
  

  • Experience on Material Planning in automotive industry
  • Domestics follow-up for Materials Delivery
  • Ensure the correct supply of material for plant operation
  • Analyze the demand for the purchase and planning of raw materials.
  • Responsible of ensuring the correct planning releases of purchased parts are being send by the materials team.
  • Validation and optimization of the inventory levels, preventing shortages, excess or obsolescence
  • Validation and constant update of all purchased parts parameters
  • Daily monitoring with suppliers of critical materials.
  • Scalation in time and form of components that may affect customers
  • Investigates discrepancies on receipt quantities, missing certifications, packing lists, ASN, etc
  • Monitor the supplier performance and action implementation if needed
  • Tracks the deliverables of the team and keeps the score cards updated coordinately
  • Responsible of monitoring and compliance of premium freight goals
  • Elaborate priority list and follow up with production the urgencies.
  • Use the tools and methods to have the material for production
  • Handle problems with leadership, cooperation and excellent communication.

  
  

  Qualifications

  
  

  • Education: Bachelor's degree

  • Experience: 2-3 years' experience in planning

  • MRP Management

  • Excel Intermediate to Advanced Level

  • Computer proficiency with MS Office applications is a must.

  • Experience and Knowledge: SAP, 

  • Knowledge of ISO /TS 16949 and ISO 14001

  • Languages: English Fluid
