    Competences:
    • Experience with ERP systems SAP
    • Knowledge of the IATF 16949:2016
    • Proven skills with MS Office programs
    • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills to support operational decision-making

    Key Responsibilities:
    •  Serve as the primary operational interface between strategic customers and internal departments.
    • Manage customer orders through ERP / EDI from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate processing, confirmations, system data integrity, and on-time delivery performance.
    • Coordinate with planning, production, logistics, warehouse, purchasing, engineering, and program teams to support on-time delivery and resolve customer escalations or supply risks.
    • Support engineering changes, new product launches, and SOP transitions.
    • Analyze customer demand, including forecast trends and backlog exposure, to provide analytical and operational insights that support management decision-making.
    • Monitor accounts receivable exposure and support payment risk management.
    • Support customer performance reviews and internal operations meetings.
    • Standardize reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with management requirements and internal procedures.
