Industrial Engineer
Responsibilities include:
- Analyze and redesign production or administrative processes
- Implement methodologies such as Lean manufacturing, Six sigma or Kaizen
- Experience in mechanical design (preferred)
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
- Manage inventories and materials
- Evaluate production and operating costs
- Prepare budgets and financial analysis for projects
- Implementation of new production lines
- Search for savings opportunities
10. Study times and movements to improve productivity
11. Train personnel in continuous improvement and industrial safety
12. Automate processes through software or machinery
13. Participate in the digitalization of operation (Industry 4.0)
14. Evaluate and select technological tools.
15. Design more sustainable processes
16. Reduce the environmental impact of operations
Skills / Experience:
- Industrial Engineer
- Bilingual (English – Spanish)
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Effective communication, both oral and written
- Leadership and teamwork

- Result oriented
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge in continuous improvement (Lean, six sigma, kaizen)
- Experience in logistics and supply chain

- Process design and simulation
- Handling of specialized software such as AutoCAD, ERP (SAP), advanced Excel, Minitab, etc.
- Participation in optimization or automation projects
- Work in multidisciplinary teams
