  DeEscrituraion and Requirements
  Responsible for validation & execution of incoming customer orders.
  Works closely with Materials and Operations teams, optimizing case fill for customer orders,
  Coordinates:
  * Distribution Operations to ensure on time delivery of shipments,
  * Sales to schedule delivery timing for written orders,
  * & Planning to address product availability
  Capable to identify efficiency gains, and support production problem resolution
  Take ownership, record, and ensure daily customer service contacts and queries received by phone and email are resolved in accordance with strict service level agreements.
  Strong focus on communication and ensuring that any systems issues affecting customer shipments are reported and tracked until resolution.
  Compile, review and implement reporting sets for our clients based on requirements and KPIs.
  Follow-up customer complaints detecting root cause and corrective actions implementation, formally documented.
  Participate in weekly operator and customer task meetings along with monthly reviews.
  Billing control, including compiling, and managing all billing activities for all customer and carrier transactions.
  Provides a set of daily, weekly, and monthly system reports as per customer and operator custom reporting requirements required.
   
  Desire Education/Experience/Skills:
  Bilingual.
  Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business administration or similar fields.
  3 to 5 years’ experience in the fields of Materials Planning, Production Planning, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Production Control and New Product Introduction.
  High knowledge and skills in management of demand and planning processes.
  Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization.
  Experience in dealing with customers maintain positive relations.
  Leadership and teamwork motivator.
  Great negotiator and ability for decision-making.
  Positive attitude and service.
