| (8) General Position Responsibilities: Responsible for managing all aspects of the supply chain and material flow, as well as the accuracy of raw material, finished goods, and work-in-process inventories. Maintains control of purchasing, planning, scheduling, warehousing, receiving, and shipping transactions in the Sage ERP/ OQMS system. Responsible for providing and implementing schedule adjustments as needed, taking into account plant capacity and material availability. Ensures that production lines maintain consistent production schedules in accordance with the company's business requirements, plans, and sales forecasts. 1. Implementation, administration, and deployment of the Sage X3/ IQMS system. - Analyze customer demands, sales, forecasts, and material usage history to develop and execute production plans according to orders and sales forecasts.
3. Coordinate with interdepartmental teams the effective transfer of molds and the introduction of new products (NPI). 4. Establish and implement best practices related to systems and processes that support inventory, sales forecasting, purchasing, and materials control. 5. Prepare customer delivery reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, and proactively use this information to communicate any potentially delayed deliveries. - Establish and oversee production scheduling activities, monitoring material inventories, tracking production progress, and reviewing factors that could affect scheduling.
