5) Education, Experience and Knowledge:
a) Professional Career in Business Administration, Industrial Relations or Psychology
b) Five years of experience in the Manufacturing industry
c) Ability to communicate in the English language
d) Experience in labor relations and dealing with unions.
6) Responsibilities:
• Support in the execution of recruitment and selection processes for personnel.
• Develop and implement training and development plans
• Maintain turnover and absenteeism rates within established targets
• Ensure a positive work environment among staff
• Ensure compliance with Sensience's Code of Ethics policy
• Coordinate induction and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, internal work regulations and current labor legislation.
• Support in union negotiations and contract reviews
• Coordinate social events for staff such as field days, staff recognition, and motivational programs.

Budget management and ensuring the smooth operation of the various
services provided to staff: Transportation, Cafeteria, Cleaning,
Security
• Payroll and benefits administration
• Advising different departments on disciplinary measures for their staff
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws
•
Management of the different systems and resources assigned to the Human
Resources area such as Tress System, Dayforce, and monitoring the
proper functioning of the surveillance systems to safeguard company
assets such as closed circuit cameras, personnel access control, etc.
• Management and administration of the medical department

Comply with the procedures, guidelines and instructions of the
environmental, safety and health system applicable to your activities,
so that these are always carried out with this intrinsic perspective,
thus
motivating your subordinates – if applicable – to meet the objectives and goals in matters of safety, environment and hygiene
