  We are seeking a Controller with experience in a maquiladora environment to lead financial operations and support strategic business decisions.
  
  REQUIREMENTS
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in financial control (manufacturing/maquiladora preferred)
  • Intermediate to advanced English
  
  KNOWLEDGE
  
  • US GAAP
  • Taxes
  • Inventory
  • Customs
  
  MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  
  • General accounting under US GAAP and Mexican regulations
  • Tax compliance, payroll, and audits
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Inventory and manufacturing cost control
  • Customs operations and foreign trade compliance
  • Internal controls
  • Act as a strategic business partner, working closely with the Plant Manager
