Leveraging our global footprint, you will help deliver meaningful value while driving excellence across our sourcing activities.

Primary Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, Global Sourcing, Goods and Services, you will be responsible for:
Understanding the operational needs of our three Juarez plants.
Supporting day-to-day purchasing activities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.
Building strong business partnerships and engaging closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs, strategies, challenges, and opportunities.
Developing strong market and supplier knowledge and proposing improvement initiatives for MRO category management—becoming a trusted advisor to your stakeholders.
Leading and driving cost?reduction initiatives and supporting the Cost Per Unit journey across the campus.
Overseeing your team’s procurement operations and managing end?to?end sourcing initiatives.
Fostering a culture of engagement, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to sound, ethical business practices.
What You Bring
Do you have what it takes to succeed as our Sr. Indirect Purchasing Manager? We are looking for someone with:
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset; able to act as both a leader and an individual contributor.
Strong leadership capabilities and a track record of motivating teams to deliver outstanding results.
Solid expertise in Procurement, Contract Management, and Category Management.
Proven success in developing category strategies that deliver long?term value and sustainability.
Excellent communication and organizational skills for leading and managing on-site and remote team members.
Strong work ethic with a commitment to compliance and responsible business practices.
Strategic thinking abilities and a long?term planning mindset.
+12 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management within Indirect categories.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Master’s in Business or Procurement is an asset).
Fluency in Spanish and English.
