Solicita: Accounting Supervisor

• Descripción y Requisitos

  Responsabilities:

  • Oversee the monthly accounting close under a Shared Services model (multi-entity / multi-country).
  • Ensure compliance with local taxes (payroll tax, property tax, state taxes).
  • Strong knowledge of local and federal taxes, as well as internal controls.
  • Experience in responding to and managing requirements from authorities (SAT, IMSS, state authorities).
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (NIF, IFRS, or US GAAP, as applicable).
  • Perform and/or supervise variance analysis (flux) and financial explanations.

  Requirements 
  

  • +5 years of accounting experience (minimum 2 years in a supervisory role).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • SAP, advanced Excel.
  • English: 70% proficiency (intermediate professional level).
  • Strong knowledge on Tax Compliance.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry or shared services environment.
