*** VACANTE BASADA EN FRONTERA, COAHUILA ***The Customer Service Supervisor is the responsible to the PCL Manager for maintaining client communication and exceeding client expectations in delivery, quality of communication, and service.
YOUR ROLE
Supervise and coordinate the customer service team.
Follow up on purchase orders (releases, forecasts, EDI).
Ensure on-time delivery compliance.
Manage issues such as shortages, delays, and customer claims.
Maintain direct communication with customers (Stellantis).
Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams.
Analyze demand versus capacity.
Lead customer meetings (daily/weekly calls).
Manage and monitor area KPIs.
Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949)
YOUR BACKGROUNG
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, or related field
+5 years of experience that customer service, production control
English level advanced
Knowledge in SAP
Experience with OEM and TIER I - TIER II Suppliers
