    The Customer Service Supervisor is the responsible to the PCL Manager for maintaining client communication and exceeding client expectations in delivery, quality of communication, and service.

    YOUR ROLE

    • Supervise and coordinate the customer service team.

    • Follow up on purchase orders (releases, forecasts, EDI).

    • Ensure on-time delivery compliance.

    • Manage issues such as shortages, delays, and customer claims.

    • Maintain direct communication with customers (Stellantis).

    • Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams.

    • Analyze demand versus capacity.

    • Lead customer meetings (daily/weekly calls).

    • Manage and monitor area KPIs.

    • Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949)


    YOUR BACKGROUNG

    • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, or related field

    • +5 years of experience that customer service, production control

    • English level advanced

    • Knowledge in SAP

    • Experience with OEM and TIER I - TIER II Suppliers
