• Descripción y Requisitos

  Objective:
  keep daily communication and coordination of shipments with customers and or their carriers, domestic or international to guarantee and excellent customer service and having internal communication with stakeholders including production to provide timely information for decision making.
  
  Job requirements:
  
  • At least 5 years' experience in Customer Service position in Automotive environment.
  • Customers portals knowledge like Ford, GM, Stellantis.
  • Ford Certificates to Answer Alerts, shorts and disputes.
  • Fully bilingual
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Prior use or knowledge MRP system 
  • Working knowledge of international shipment requirements (exports)
