  Job Summary: 
  To improve organizational effectiveness through the coordination and deployment of the Quality System to ensure the business meets growth, productivity, and quality objectives. Specific responsibilities will be Quality System, and Lead the plant’s effort to understand and excel in the Business Excellence criteria
  
  Qualifications:
  
  

  1.  Education level	Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
  2.  Years and area of experience	Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in Manufacturing and/or Engineering environments. Proven experience in leadership roles within Quality, Engineering, or Operations functions. Experience working in regulated industries and with customer requirements, external audits, and certification bodies is strongly preferred.
  3.  Technical knowledge	Understanding of EQS, ELSS, & EBE as components of the EBS, including the assessment process and criteria. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, with experience in internal and external audits. Bilingual English – Spanish. ASQ Certification such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and/or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) (required or strongly preferred). Solid knowledge and application of Lean Enterprise principles and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping). Advanced Manufacturing Technologies Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and cross-functional coordination. Comprehensive understanding of Quality Systems, statistical process control, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action processes.
  4.  Soft Skills	Ability to teach, train, and develop personnel in accounting department. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.   Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills.
