Responsabilities
- Independently complete project-related work and lead the project team to complete project work efficiently, effectively, and systematically.
- This includes, but is not limited to, organizing and coordinating internal and external project team members, improving project files, and summarizing and reporting them in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the quality, delivery, and cost targets of designated projects (both internal and external).
- Responsible for coordinating R&D to implement the development plan for early-stage projects and meet the needs of business or client side.
- implementing the concept and application of Advance Quality Planning (APQP), we ensure that processes are executed in a standardized manner, documentation is complete, and products that meet customer standards, company NBA requirements, and customer needs are delivered on time according to project milestones. We also ensure the completion of all documentation, reviews, and authorizations.
- Track internal and external engineering changes, be responsible for external engineering changes, organize the team to review changes at the designated level, solve problems when cross-functional team collaboration is required, and monitor the change process in a timely manner.
- Maintain continuous communication with internal and external clients. Use the PDCA model to hold regular internal and external project management meetings, develop action plans, and effectively improve and implement requirements and concerns.
- the NBA 's financial metrics for designated projects and driving profit improvement.
- Coordinate the delivery, payment collection, and quality of mass production projects to avoid stagnant inventory and bad debts.
- Developing new business opportunities, managing to get chances to bid for the new projects, organizing cost calculation and make quotation, collect and analyze market information of competitors and customers, handling key business negotiation and win the business.
- Cooperating with sales department in activities to manage program, tracking and making commercial negotiation on price change, breaking point and timing change, etc. in project process.
- Responsible for customer’s visiting reception and plant tour to meet customer’s expectation.
- Represent the customer’s demand during the process of involving system requirement as the customer’s representatives. Collect and transfer the related information from customer in efficiency.
- Pay attention to the Quality Cost, Delivery and Service (QCDS) of the client project in charge, fully leverage of the QCDS management/coordination responsibilities of the program team leader, lead the program team to achieve company goals in cost, quality and delivery, and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Actively support project-related work and complete other tasks assigned by department leaders.
Requisitos:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Skills: Oral communication in both Spanish and English, effective communication, exchange, and negotiation skills.
