Solicita: Quality Engineer/Customer service & PPAPS


  • Descripción y Requisitos

    • Comply with the Company's Internal Policies and Systems.
    • Monitoring and status of PPAP preparation
    • Ensure compliance with the deadlines for each of the schedules activities of the PPAPS.
    • Create and send PPAPs to the Client on a scheduled basis according to established dates.
    • Obtain PPAP approval per program per client.
    • Monitoring and tracking of customer complaints. (Portals)Management and control of preventive and corrective actions, including the Action Matrix.
    • Customer complaint follow-up – Quality alerts – containment – 8D's responsibility, as well as identifying  the root causes of the incidents.
    • Scheduling follow-up meetings with clients to close complaints.
    • Maintain constant and effective communication with assigned clients.
    • Closing Customer Complaints and 8Ds with the Multifunctional Team
    • Monitoring of containment expenses, raffles, and customer charges for rejections.
    EXPERIENCE:
    • 3 years of experience in Quality Systems
    • 3 years of experience building a system from scratch
    • 2 years of experience in customer service
    • 2 years of experience leading new product launches (APQP)
    • Fluent spanish and english
