  Environmental / ESG Engineer

  We are seeking a professional with a degree in Environmental Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field, with a strong focus on environmental compliance, ESG management, and process improvement. This role will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing audits, and tracking environmental performance indicators within the organization.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations and legal requirements.
  • Implement and monitor ISO standards (ISO 14001, 14064, 14046).
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
  • Manage and track ESG reports and initiatives.
  • Use CAPD platforms (Corrective and Preventive Action Control).
  • Administer internal documentation, including:
    • Compliance records
    • Calendars
    • Procedures
    • Follow-up on findings
  • Oversee processes such as waste management (e.g., cooling processes), ensuring no environmental contamination occurs.
  • Propose improvements in environmental and sustainability processes.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).

  Knowledge & Skills
