  Role & Responsibilities:
  
  

  
  
  • Provide plan with PC&L standards formats and control tools for: Supply order management, customer milk runs, production leveling, master planning.
  • Analysis of weekly and monthly sales based on customer demand.
    
  • Develop worksheets to determine demand fluctuations (Waterfall chart).
  • Set up the means to achieve Production action plans and ensure results OEM / OES.
  • Support management in the implementation of PC&L tools and provide technical support to other functions.
  • Determine finished goods inventory levels based on production capacity and customer demand.
  • Identify and implement best production control basis.
  • Make adjustments and monitor shipping routes by sea, air, and land as deemed necessary to ensure the timely arrival of materials or to cancel shipments to avoid excess inventory
  • Maintain continuity with all internal and external customers, vendors, and shipping providers to ensure effective material movement.
  • Customer direct communication.
  • Determine and meet inventory targets (forecast/glidepath).
  • Monitoring engineering changes to prevent excesses or obsolescence (GTA).
    
  • Coordination of the Annual Physical Inventory.
  • Monthly review of forecasts and estimation of the annual forecast (budget).
    

  Skills & Strengths:

  • 10 years or more experience in the field.
  • Master's degree in engineering or logistics.
  • Fluent in English. 
  • Experience in production/logistics in automotive business. 
  • SAP knowledge high level.
  • Experience managing overseas suppliers.
  • Good communication skills / team player.
  • Analytic.
