• Global Market Monitoring:

• Identify opportunities, risks, and trends impacting procurement processes.
Supplier Management:
• Manage existing supplier relationships.
• Identify and develop new suppliers to enhance and diversify the supply chain.
Strategic Procurement Concepts:
• Develop long-term procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Implement strategic concepts to optimize and streamline procurement processes.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Departmental Support:
