  REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or electromechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in automotive industry with focus on manufacturing processes.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

   

  REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • Problem resolution skills.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Planning, task orientation, results orientation.
  • Experienced in computer application software
  • Knowledge of PPAP process, GD&T and MSA. PFMEA & Control plans VSM
  • Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma
