Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain an Integrated Management System aligned with international standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 45001) and Lean principles.
- Define end-to-end process architecture.
- Connect management systems with strategy, KPIs, and decision-making.
- Translate regulatory requirements into operational practices that add business value.
- Develop and standardize process management models.
- Design and implement performance indicators (KPIs) and executive dashboards to support decision-making.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for system administration, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Integrate risk management methodologies into the operational excellence system.
- Drive the adoption of a continuous improvement culture, ensuring organizational alignment through the operational excellence system.
Required Profile:
Education:
- Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience:
- +10 years leading management systems and continuous improvement at an organizational level, including team management.
Knowledge:
- ISO 9001, ISO 45001, Lean, strategic planning, risk management, problem solving.
