GENERAL DEEscrituraION
Perform all administrative tasks inherent to the manager’s role and provide support activities required by the departments.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
High school diploma at minimum. Professional degree preferred.
3 to 5 years of experience related to the position.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS
Bilingual (English–Spanish)
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Exchange)
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform administrative tasks
Assist the Director with SAP management processes
Manage departmental purchasing activities
Ensure accuracy of expense reports
Assist with departmental travel reservations
Support travel planning for visitors when they travel to Mexico
Prepare arrangements for visitors arriving in Juárez, including security and transportation planning
Prepare reports
Support purchasing department transactions
Assist the Director with the preparation, control, and execution of POs, CAPEX, and other documentation
Support communication activities with foreign personnel, including expense reports, attendance records, FM3, and other immigration processes
Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor
Participate in compliance with QMS (Quality Management System) requirements applicable to the role in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
Comply with safety rules as defined for the position
Complete required quality- and training-related courses on time
Identify and report any quality or compliance issues and support corrective actions
