  Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize manufacturing lines to improve efficiency, yield, and throughput using techniques like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, and Core Tools are a plus.
  • Production Support: Troubleshoot, debug, and repair equipment/tooling to maximize machine uptime
  • Design for Manufacturability (DFM): Collaborate with design engineering teams to ensure products can be manufactured efficiently on a scale.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flow charts.
  • Quality Control: Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions. Knowledge OEE, 5s, KPI. IATF 16949
  • Safety: Workstation for safety and ergonomics. 

  Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and statistical analysis tools.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong skills in root cause analysis, data interpretation, identifying bottlenecks and Capacity Analysis
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects from design to production implementation.
  • Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and design teams.
