  Provide financial leadership and direction across all aspects of the business. Perform budget vs. actual analysis. Provide training to Operations, Sales and Engineering Departments.  
  
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  
  • Coordinate and prepare the AP activities specifically for the assigned plant.
  • Play a key role in the continued development of our Company wide budgeting and planning processes by partnering with senior leaders across the organization. In this role, works as part of a team to compile, analyze and distribute financial data back to the various business functions. 
  • Develop financial forecasts of headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditures and perform budget vs. actual analysis. Create reporting packages and work with senior management to define and track key performance metrics.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and help review critical strategic and financial decisions.
  • Participates in the preparation and distribution of timely and insightful financial analysis of pertinent information to determine progress against strategic plan, budget and forecast.
  • Utilizes understanding of financial systems and data elements. Participates in projects and contributes process improvement ideas.
  • Participates in the interpretation and reviewing of financial results within assigned area of responsibility. Under general guidance, produces relevant management reporting and analytical tools.
  • Verifies that financial activity is recorded in accordance with GAAP. Research financial anomalies and makes corrections as necessary.
  • Manage and Drive Profitability & Cash Flow – Performs analysis that aids in the decision-making process and helps improve profitability.
  • Monitors monthly progress against budgets/targets and works with managers to ensure accountability. Looks for opportunities to assist managers in more efficient or effective ways to invest their resources.
  • Reviews risks and opportunities of plans with financial management.
  • Monitors that working capital is efficiently and effectively being used.  
  • Develops and monitors appropriate metrics focused on the P&L, balance sheet and free cash flow.  Monitors operating and capital spending.
  • Summarize raw data into financial reports.
  • Develop and oversee internal financial reporting, provide data to managers to aid in making informed decisions.
  • Develop board report presentations and executive level summaries of financial results.
  • Participate in periodic financial close process (month, quarter, year).
  Requirements:
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred.
  • CPA certification desired.
  • 4-6 years financial analysis experience from a leading manufacturing organization, investment bank, consulting firm, Fortune 500 or high growth firm; 2-3 years operational experience preferred.
  • English language +75%. Written +85% Spoken +70%.  Should be able to communicate with our US personnel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Excellent teamwork skills
  • Experience with an ERP environment and software.
  • Excellent (expert level) computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Travel 10% of the time
  • Excellent presentation skills, self-confidence, maturity, as well as the ability to work alone.  Good interpersonal skills and an aptitude for working with numbers.
  • Ability to work in a heavily deadline-oriented environment.  
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.  
  • Ability to identify, research, coordinate and resolve issues.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task and a team player with a positive attitude and a focus on business issues.
