  Primary Objective of the Role

  Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple projects or a strategic program, ensuring that objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role is responsible for managing resources, risks, and stakeholders, as well as aligning programs with the organization’s overall business objectives and unit requirements.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Communication and Management
    Maintain clear and continuous communication with key stakeholders (clients, investors, internal teams), providing progress updates, managing relationships, and fostering collaboration.
  • Resource Management
    Develop and oversee program budgets, optimize resource utilization, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Risk and Quality Management
    Establish quality standards, conduct regular reviews, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure all deliverables meet defined requirements.
  • Leadership and Oversight
    Lead, motivate, and supervise program staff and project managers to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Performance Measurement and Evaluation
    Assess program success, identify opportunities for improvement, and prepare regular status and performance reports.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution
    Develop and implement program strategies and oversee their execution to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  Requirements

  • Proven experience in the electronics industry and Contract Manufacturing companies
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technology systems
  • 7–10 years of experience in a similar role, with strong background in project/program management and leadership of cross-functional teams
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, such as:
  • Business Administration
  • Industrial, Manufacturing, or Operations Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Robotics
  • Technology Systems
  • Electronics Engineering
