? Min/Max Management & Collaboration: Actively collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Engineering, and local stakeholders to define and establish optimal Min/Max stock levels. Act as the primary liaison with the Windsor Tool Crib team to facilitate the ongoing maintenance and systematic updating of these parameters within SAP, ensuring the system remains aligned with current operational requirements.
? Inventory Maintenance: Monitor and maintain physical inventory levels based on established Min/Max quantities. Ensure that stock is replenished accurately and timely to prevent overstocking or critical shortages.
? Requisition & Demand: Initiate purchase requisitions for spare parts and technician tools based on system triggers and stakeholder input, ensuring the Procurement department has accurate and on time requisitions to place final Purchase Orders.
? Systemic Accuracy: Execute all material movements and stock issuances with precision in both SAP and Oracle, bridging the gap between physical inventory and digital records.
? Operational Support: Coordinate with vendors for technical part identification and align with maintenance programs to ensure consistency across the facility.
? Cycle Count Program Management: Lead and perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure physical stock matches system records. This rigorous auditing process is designed to always achieve and maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
