JOB SUMMARY
Achieve total customer satisfaction by resolving problems, questions, and inquiries. Carry out the process of receiving, processing, and delivering purchase orders provided by the customer, with the goal of fulfilling their product needs on time and in full.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Receive customer requirements and orders and enter them into the ERP system, maintaining constant communication with customers to clarify any questions and confirm delivery dates.
2. Manage the production and/or purchasing of new customer requirements (purchase orders and partial deliveries) with the planning department and monitor production plans to ensure committed delivery dates are met.
3. Schedule and confirm orders with the shipping department, request proof of delivery (PODs), and notify customers of pickups.
4. Review the delivery schedule and ensure that orders are delivered on time and in full.
5. Maintain a record of customer purchase orders and outstanding balances.
6. Address and follow up on customer complaints regarding product nonconformity, requesting evidence from the customer and informing the quality team about the complaint, as well as resolving billing discrepancies.
7. Review OTD (On-Time Deliveries) with the end customer weekly.
8. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the environmental and quality management system.
9. Maintain assertive communication with the Nefab team regarding PPAP/FAI requirements or other reports for parts qualification before shipment, including prioritizing these activities to meet delivery dates.
AUTHORITIES
- Request production and/or purchasing of new customer requirements (purchase orders and partial deliveries) from the planning department.
- Schedule and confirm material deliveries to customers with the shipping department. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Required.
EXPERIENCE
- 4 years in a similar position in packaging, electronics and/or manufacturing companies. Required.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced experience with ERP systems
LANGUAGES
- English (85%). Required, spoken and written
