  At Wiwynn Mexico, we are looking for a Senior PCBA Engineer with extensive experience in electronics manufacturing, focused on technical excellence, process validation, and new product support, to join our team.

  ?? Position Objective

  Ensure the proper implementation, validation, and optimization of PCBA assembly processes, contributing to product quality, reliability, and production efficiency, as well as the success of NPI projects.

  ??? Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support PCBA assembly, testing, and validation processes.
  • Actively participate in NPI (New Product Introduction) projects, from validation through high-volume production.
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality and performance.
  • Interpret and validate PCB layouts, BOMs, and technical documentation.
  • Perform failure diagnosis and root cause analysis on electronic boards.
  • Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Utilize and validate results using electronic measurement equipment.
  • Apply electronic simulation software for circuit analysis and validation.

  ? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing.
  • Strong experience in PCBA assembly, testing, and validation processes.
  • Solid knowledge of PCB layouts, BOMs, and technical documentation.
  • Experience in NPI, including support for high-volume production.
  • Hands-on experience with electronic measurement equipment.
  • Experience with electronic simulation software (e.g., SPICE, Mentor Graphics).
  • Previous experience in roles such as Product Engineer, FAE, Design Engineer, or Validation Engineer in PCBA.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
