  We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Supply Chain Director to lead and manage our global supply chain operations. The candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain management, logistics, procurement, and inventory control, as well as strong leadership and analytical skills. Key responsibilities like managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, optimizing inventory levels, improving delivery performance, and reducing costs.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global supply chain strategies
  • Manage procurement, logistics, and inventory operations
  • Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain alignment
  • Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards for all world
  • Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan supply
  • Implement supply chain risk management strategies
  • Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain
  • Align supply chain operations with business - keep a close communication with the production teams and follow-up on deliveries from, USA, Mexico, Canada, Asia Europe, etc   .

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles
  • 5+ years in a leadership or director-level position
  • Experience in managing global teams.
  • Expertise in global sourcing and contract negotiation.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience in contract negotiation and supplier management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Knowledge of global trade regulations and compliance
  • Available to travel
  • Bilingual; (English / Spanish)
