    Section I: General DeEscrituraion
    Head of the Industrial Engineering Department. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring production capacity, quality assurance, and process reliability of equipment, tools, and methods to deliver the required production volume safely, with the highest quality standards and at the lowest possible cost.

    Section II: Experience and Education
    Professional degree in an engineering-related field (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, etc.)
    5 years of experience in a similar position and/or managerial skills.

    Section III: Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
    Advanced English
    Experience in the design of pneumatic, electronic, and mechanical tools and equipment
    Knowledge of ergonomics and time study methods
    Lean tools (Standard Work, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, Poka-yoke, One Piece Flow, Model Mix)
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, CATIA, and SAP
    Knowledge of welding and painting (Desirable)

    Section IV: Main Tasks and Responsibilities
    Oversee new product development (NPD) activities for vehicle assembly.
    Plan and execute industrial engineering activities focused on improving safety, quality, reliability, and productivity, using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
    Guide the team in performing safety-related activities.
    Demonstrate leadership and commitment to establishing, maintaining, and improving the quality management system.
    Promote continuous improvement and a customer-centric approach.
    Establish the quality policy and objectives, and provide all necessary resources to maintain the QMS.
    Support existing operations and products in terms of methods, tools, and equipment while developing a lean manufacturing and customer service culture within the team.
    Prepare and manage the department's budget in terms of operating expenses (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX), with a strong focus on best practices in asset management.Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by your supervisor.
    Participate in the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements established for your role in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
    Complete all scheduled Quality and Training-related training sessions on time.
    Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
    Comply with all safety regulations established for your role.
